- Students who have completed their degree programme in distance education mode from various Universities from 2017 onwards must procure an eligibility certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University before submitting their application. They can get the eligibility certificate by applying online through https://certificates.mgu.ac.in/Candidate/instruction
